Now you can mix and match dents in your Ashford 10" SampleIt Loom with the new Vari-Dent Reed. An assortment of rigid heddle reed sections in a variety of dents and two different widths (approx 2" and approx. 4") can be inserted into the special rigid heddle frame for different sets in the same reed. You can vary the density of your fabric or use a variety of different weight yarns for your warp! Plus, you'll have enough pieces of each gauge to create smaller projects at any of 6 gauges!
Kit includes:
2) 2″ sections each of all 6 reed sizes (total of twelve 2″ sections)
1) 4″ section of all 6 reeds sizes (total of 6 4″ sections)
*2" and 4" are approximate measurements, as the reeds are metric so not exact to our inches*
Remove the top rail to change and rearrange the sections as you see fit.
Built from silver Beech hardwood with a natural lacquer, and sturdy nylon.
The ability to combine threads and yarns of any thickness together in one warp will give you the ability to create unique scarves, shawls, and decorative home goods!
