    Terms of Sale
    We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee from the date your item was received. Before you return the product, you must contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and the proper return address/instructions.
    Returns Policy:
    Returned products must be in brand new, resalable condition, along with any and all accessories, manuals, and original packaging. Returned products without an RMA may not be processed.
    If returned products are not received in resalable condition, please be aware that this will result in additional charges deducted from your refund.
    Shipping charge is non-refundable. If Free Shipping was received, our actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
    A restocking fee of 20% will apply to all returns, unless the item is defective. This amount will be determined by our RMA department after the returned product is tested for defects. Products damaged by the customer will be returned to the customer with no refund and at customer's expense.
