The item you are offered today is a Hand-Crafted 12" x 2" Ornate Brass Filigree Bottom Whorl Drop Spindle.  (Fleece Not Included)
These are hand-sanded for a nice smooth finish and lightly stained for the wonderful Antique look and weighs approximately 1 oz.  These are not oiled so you can add additional stain if you like. If you don't want additional stain then just oil with any furniture oil.

The post office raises it's rates every six months now and the least expensive package is 4.85 for a one ounce package.  Prices goes up as the weight goes up.
